VisionPark BA offers its customers tailor-made premises measuring 16,545 m2. The premises are located in three warehouse buildings together with the administration offices concerned.

Green energy is used for operation of the area.

Network capacity is without limitations.
Current maximum input power of electricity in the area is 529 kW. It will be supported by green energy production as well. Heating is based on gas-fired boiler rooms and heat pumps will be used if necessary.

The suburban zone is situated in the built-up area of city Bratislava Rača, cadastre unit Rača. The zone is bounded by Staviteľská street from the south and by Pribylinská street from the west.

The main entrance (entry) is from Pribylinská street and the side entrance is from Staviteľská street. The properties are surrounded by industrial halls, a railway line and gardens. In general, the location is quiet without any heavy noise pollution.
